1. If the melting furnace is electrified: power on for 4 ~ 8 min to supply 60% power of intermediate frequency furnace, and gradually increase the power to the maximum value after the current impact stops.

2. Ramming material for melting: as the lower part of the pot melts, pay attention to tamping at any time to prevent "bridging", and continue to add furnace charge.

3. Slagging: after most of the furnace charge is melted, slagging material (mass ratio: lime powder: fluorspar powder = 2:1) is added to cover the molten steel, and the amount of slag forming material is 1% ~ 1.5% of the weight of liquid steel.

4. Sampling and slagging: when about 95% of the charge is melted, the steel sample is taken for analysis, and the remaining 5% of the charge is added into the furnace. After all the burden is dissolved, the power is reduced to 40% ~ 60%, and the slag is removed by dumping and new slag is made.

5. Deoxidation: after the slag is dissolved, Deoxidizer (mass ratio: lime powder: aluminum powder = 2:1) is added to the slag surface for diffusion deoxidation. In the process of deoxidization, lime powder and fluorite powder can be used to adjust the viscosity of slag, so that the slag has good fluidity.

6. Adjust composition: adjust the chemical composition of molten steel according to the results of chemical analysis, and the silicon content should be adjusted within 10 minutes before tapping.

7. Temperature measurement, round cup sample: measure the temperature of molten steel, and make a round cup sample to check the deoxidation of molten steel.

8. Add supplementary ferroalloy: when the liquid steel temperature reaches 1630 ~ 1650 ° C and the round cup sample shrinks well, remove half of the slag, add the supplementary ferroalloy, and press the supplementary ferroalloy into the molten steel.

9. Final deoxidization and tapping of intermediate frequency smelting furnace: after the completion of ferroalloy dissolution, intermediate frequency power supply will insert 0.15-0.25% final deoxidation per ton of molten steel, and cut off the intermediate frequency power supply for tapping within 2 ~ 3min after inserting aluminum.
